亚麻纤维的超声波辅助过碳酸钠脱胶工艺

         

摘要

亚麻纤维传统脱胶工艺流程长,处理温度高,脱胶不匀;在超声波技术辅助下,采用过碳酸钠脱胶,当过碳酸钠用量为15 g/L,TAED用量为1.5 g/L,pH为10,温度为50℃,时间为60 min时,可获得较好的脱胶效果,断裂强度为4.91 cN/dtex,强度不匀值为21.13%,减量率为5.81%.%The traditional degumming process of flax fiber is long, the treatment temperature is high, and the degumming is uneven. Under the assistance of ultrasonic technology, flax fiber was treated with sodium percarbonate. When the process conditions were as follows: the dosage of sodium carbonate was 15 g/L, the dosage of TAED was 1.5 g/L, pH=10, and the degumming temperature was 50 ℃, the degumming time was 60 min, the breaking strength was 4.91 cN/dtex, the strength unevenness was 21.13%, and the reduction rate was 5.81%,which could obtain good effect of degumming.
