基于偏离-份额分析模型的土地利用结构效益研究--以四平市为例

     

摘要

本文以四平市区为研究区域,以2002~2010年数据为基础,利用偏离—份额分析模型,测算了四平土地利用结构的效益。结果表明:(1)四平市土地利用结构效益总量总体上呈波动式上升趋势;(2)土地利用结构效益中竞争分量正负波动,成为四平土地利用结构效益增加的限制因素;(3)从具体用地类型总效益来看,第一产业用地的效益极弱,第二产业用地效益极高,说明四平市用地结构极其不合理;(4)四平市今后应从节约集约利用土地的角度,运用地价杠杆及政策引导产业选址,促进经济持续发展。%  Based on the statistical data of 2002 ~2010, authors estimate Siping's efficiency of land use structure by the shift -share analysis model. The result shows that: (1) The total efficiency of land use structure has the trend of fluctuation rise;(2) The positive and negative fluctuation of competitive component of land use structure efficiency has become the limited factor for improving its efficiency; (3) According to the total efficiency of the specific land types, the efficiency of primary industrial land is extremely weak, and the one of the secondary industry presents to be remarkably high. So Siping's land use structure is extremely unreasonable; (4) The city should optimize industry structure according to the evolutionary discipline of industry structure, and guide industrial location by using the land price leverage and pol-icy from the point of view of the economical and intensive utilization of land, and promote sustainable economic development.
