建设用地集约利用的多因素综合评价--以珠三角经济区为例

             

摘要

随着城镇化进程的加快,珠三角经济区对各种建设用地的需求不断增加,而集约利用建设用地成为缓解土地供需矛盾、实现可持续发展的必然选择。本文从土地经济效益、土地社会效益、土地可持续利用趋势三个方面构建了珠三角经济区建设用地集约利用评价指标体系,采用熵值法和多因素综合评价法对珠三角经济区建设用地集约度进行评价和分析。结果表明,珠三角经济区建设用地面积持续增长,但空间分布不均,建设用地主要集中在广州、佛山、惠州等地。建设用地集约度呈现稳步提高的状态,从2000年的0.3914上升到2008年的0.9777,增幅达0.5863。%With the rapid urbanization, the Pearl River Delta Economic Zone is an increasing demand for a variety of construc-tion land, but the intensive utilization of construction land become the inevitable choice of mitigation of land between supply and demand and to realize the sustainable development. This paper builds the intensive utilization evaluation index system of the Pearl River Delta Economic Zone construction land from land economic benefit, social benefit, sustainable land use trends. And then using entropy value method and multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the construction land intensive degree. The result shows that the Pearl River Delta Economic Zone Economic Zone of construction land continues to grow, but distributes unevenly, the construction land mainly concentrates in Guangzhou, Foshan, Huizhou. The construction land intensive degree has shown a steady increase state, it rises from 0.3914 in 2000 to 0.9777 in 2008, an increase of 0.5863.
