城市更新过程中'三旧'改造的利弊分析——基于广州市的实践与经验

本文在广州市"三旧"改造现状分析基础上,总结其改造的模式、特点、原则和创新之处,并通过"三旧"改造利弊两方面的分析,提出在广州市"三旧"改造过程中,应该做好规划的引导,保障资金安全,避免职务犯罪,协调部门进益,并做好各种风险防范措施.%Based on the analysis in current situation of"three old" reform in Guangzhou city, the authors summarize the trans-formation of models, characteristics, principles and innovation in"three old" reform. After analyzing the advantages and disadvan-tages in "three old" reform, this paper suggests that we should pay attention to do good job on guide planning, security fund safety and avoiding job-related crimes, coordination department interests, and make all kinds of risk prevention measures.
