基于云模型的城市可持续发展综合评价研究--以金华市为例

         

摘要

为准确评价金华市(市区)的可持续发展状况,在查阅相关资料基础上建立较为全面的金华市可持续发展评价指标体系,并依据层次分析法得到各指标的层次单排序权重。根据金华市从2001-2012年12年的各指标统计年鉴数据,利用云模型对12年内的金华市可持续发展水平进行评价分析。结果表明:金华市可持续发展评价体系由环境支持、经济发展、社会进步3个一级指标、11个二级指标和44个三级指标构成,在一级指标中环境支持对可持续发展最终得分的影响最大。金华市12年内的整体城市可持续发展水平处于较好等级;一级指标中,金华市在环境支持和社会进步方面的整体得分处于较好等级,在经济发展方面稍欠缺,处于一般等级。%For accurate evaluation of the sustainable development of Jinhua City (urban), based on related data of Jinhua City, established a comprehensive evaluation index system of sustainable development, and based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) sort the level of the single weight of each index. According to the statistical yearbook data of 12 years from 2001 to 2012, used cloud model to evaluate the Jinhua City sustainable development level of 12 years. The results showed that: Jinhua city sustainable development evaluation system with the support of environment, economic development and social progressof three level indicators, 11 second-level indicators and 44 three-level indicators, and environment support effected on the sustainable development of the final score maximumin the first grade indexes. Jinhua City was in the good level from the overall urban sustainable development lev-elin the last 12 years. Fromthe first-level indicators, Jinhua city wasat good gradein environment support and social progress, but-slightly lacking in economic development in general level.
