Study on the Comprehensive Effectiveness Evaluation of Urban Regional Land Use Based on DPSIR Model: A Case of Harbin City in Heilongjiang Province

The evaluation of the comprehensive effectiveness of land use is an important indicator to measure the level of land use. Taking Harbin city in Heilongjiang province as an example, this paper established the evaluation system of the comprehensive effectiveness of land use on the perspective of economy, society and ecology, makes research on the variation of the comprehensive effectiveness of land use and the impact factors before and after the region adjustment using the model of DPSIR (Driving forces- Pressures-State-Impacts-Responses), the optimal combination weighting method and coordination degree function method. The results showed that the comprehensive effectiveness of land use was increasing fluctuate in the years between 2003 and 2009. The region adjustment in 2004 and 2006 restricted the level of the comprehensive effectiveness of land use for a short time. But with the change of land use patterns and the improvement of the coordination of the factors influencing the comprehensive effectiveness of land use, the comprehensive effectiveness of land use of the city can be improved.
