福利多元主义视角下的河北省社会养老机构建设探析

Hebei province population aging process is gradually accelerated, as the main manifestation of the pension services, pension institutions in the booming process, inevitably encountered some obstacles. To better improve the service and management level of the pension institutions, it is necessary to pension agency internal and external environment, hardware and software facilities operation, service level and the operating status of in-depth study, find the restriction of the bottleneck of the healthy development of old-age care institutions in Hebei Province, to further promote the pension institutions and career development.%河北省人口老龄化进程在逐步加快，作为养老服务的主要表现形式，养老机构在蓬勃发展过程中，不可避免地遇到一些障碍。为了更好地提高养老机构的服务和管理水平，有必要对养老机构的内外部环境、软硬件设施运营、服务水平和运营状况等各方面进行深入研究，找到制约河北省养老机构良性发展的瓶颈，以进一步推进养老机构及养老事业的发展。
