通信基站节能减排评估指标及评估方法研究

摘要

To evaluate the effectiveness of energy saving communication base station, in-depth analysis of the model was adopted, the energy consumption model of communication base station was established through studying the elements of communication base station's energy consumption, energy conservation and emission reduction′s evaluation index about communication base stations were built, energy conservation and emission raduction′s evaluation method was proposed, the method was tested and verified through the experimental data. This evaluation method is proved effective feasible, it provides some valuable basis for energy conservation and emission raduction's evaluation of communication base station.%为了评估通信基站节能减排的效能,采用了层次分析评估模型以及专家调查的方法,通过对通信基站能耗构成要素的分析研究,建立了通信基站能耗模型,从而构建了以单位业务量能耗和通信基站PUE为核心指标的通信基站节能减排能效评估指标,提出了一种通信基站节能减排能效评估方法,并通过运营商现网实测数据进行了测试验证.实测证明:这种评估方法是切实可行的,对通信基站节能减排评估提供了一些有价值的方法依据.
