为降低通信运营成本和避免破坏原有的网络结构,提高建站的精确性越来越受到运营商的重视.本文提出了一种新的定位方法,其利用测量报告(MR)可以将定位精度提高到100 m,可以更好地用于发现网络中存在的弱覆盖区和高负荷区.文中用基于蒙特卡洛仿真的方法,对这些区域的用户进行多次重复撒点,并计算区域内基站的最优化设置和用户的综合体验值,以决定是否启动建设新站,并以遗传算法为基础搜索新站的最佳建设位置和相关设置.最后,以一个现网优化的案例验证了该方法的有效性.%In order to reduce CAPEX and avoid destructing the existing network, the operators pay more attention to improve the accurateness of add new site. In this paper, a new method of scattering users based on measurement report (MR) is present, which can promote position accuracy to 100 meter. After locating the weak coverage or high load areas, Monte-Carlo simulation is employed, and then users are scattered in these areas repeatedly, and the optimal setting and comprehensive value is calculated based on genetic algorithm, which can be used as threshold to decide to add a new site with optimal position and configuration. Then a case is used to validate the method at the end.
