行星齿轮系统时变啮合刚度研究

         

摘要

Planetary gear transmission system in the actual operation,due to the tooth in meshing at the same time, more make the gear deformation matrix,thus affecting the gear mesh stiffness calculation results.Now in Ishikawa formula on the basis of the calculation of deformation of gear meshing process,combining with the characteristics of the structure of planetary gear system and puts forward calculation of planetary gear time-varying mesh stiffness and with some steel mills are now using skinning main drive system of planetary gear reducer as an example,the calculation when the planet wheel quantity is not at the same time,the sun wheel,inner gear ring of time-varying mesh stiffness,the analysis and calculation results,verify the validity of the improved formula and provide reference for subsequent dynamics analysis of planetary gear.%行星齿轮传动系统在实际运行时,由于多对齿同时参与啮合,使齿轮基体发生形变,从而影响齿轮啮合刚度的计算结果。现以石川公式中关于齿轮啮合过程中的形变计算为基础,结合行星齿轮系统的结构特点,提出关于行星齿轮时变啮合刚度的计算,并以某钢企现用剥皮机主传动系统的行星齿轮减速器为算例,计算当行星轮数量不同时,太阳轮、内齿圈的时变啮合刚度,分析计算结果,验证改进后计算公式的有效性,为后续行星齿轮的动力学分析提供参考。
