星载 DC-DC 电源 MOS 管驱动电路的设计

摘要

Based on the structure of MOSFET,the process of driving MOSFET is analyzed in this paper.According to the applying and character of MOSFET in on-satellite DC-DC power,the feature of several different circuits is contrasted. Especially focus on the study the theory of the isolated MOSFET drive circuit,the influence and designation of the key pa-rameter are discussed,the rationality of the way to design isolated MOSFET drive circuit are proved by simulation in the end.%基于 MOS 管的结构特点，分析了 MOS 管的驱动过程，得出 MOS 管驱动电路的基本要求。根据 MOS 管在星载 DC-DC 电源中的使用要求及特点，对多种不同 MOS 管驱动电路的设计和特点进行了比较分析。重点对隔离型 MOS管驱动电路的工作原理进行了研究，对电路中关键器件的参数选择进行了分析，通过仿真验证了隔离型 MOS 管驱动电路设计的合理性。
