制绒均匀性的研究

摘要

According to the chemical principle of acid etching,this paper analyzed the process of texture in various factors and found the defects in the actual production combining with the structure of the device itself.Through various tests,finally deter-mined the transformation plan,the validated results is good,the color quality of battery has a very big improvement.%根据酸制绒的化学原理，分析了酸制绒中影响刻蚀的各种因素，同时结合设备本身的结构特点，针对实际生产中存在的缺陷进行了相关的改造，经过各种试验，最终确定了改造方案。经过验证效果良好，电池片色差有了很大的改善。
