一体化规范内二次系统管理提升的探讨与实施

摘要

文中结合基层供电企业进行二次系统管理的工作经验，阐述了在南方电网“一体化管理”体系下实现供电局二次系统精细化管理的目标、思路、措施和细则，提出二次系统管理的信息化手段必须融入“一体化电网运行智能系统”才能更好地发挥作用。%Considering work experience of the grass-roots level power supply enterprises in secondary system manage-ment,targets,thoughts,measures and details of power supply bureau realizing secondary system management in the China Southern Power Grid integrated management system are elaborated in this article.And it is found that informatization means of the secondary system management must be integrated into the “integrated smart grid operating system”in order to play a better role.
