基于渐进结构法的散热通道构建技术

             

摘要

In this paper,evolutionary structural optimization method is applied to high heat flux problem in order to build efficient cooling channels.The optimization model is established with the target of minimizing heat dissipation in de-sign area.During the optimization process,material of the inefficient elements is gradually changed into low thermal con-ductive material after calculating element sensitivity.Optimization results of some typical examples with plane or three-di-mensional thin shell structure are calculated,which are then compared with results from density method.The comparisons show that,evolutionary structural optimization method is not only applicable to cooling channel design of plane structure but also suitable for that of three-dimensional thin shell structure.%针对高热流密度问题,基于渐进结构优化方法的基本原理,构建高效的散热通道。以热耗散最小为优化目标,建立传热结构数学优化模型;通过敏度计算,将低效单元逐步转换成低导热材料;以若干平面和三维薄壳结构的典型算例为对象,得出优化结果,并与密度法所得结果进行对比;结果表明,渐进结构优化方法不仅适用于平面结构,而且适用于三维薄壳结构的散热通道的构建。
