一种无源箝位零电压零电流PWM变换器

         

摘要

The control circuit of FB-ZVS-PWM converter has the defects of serious loss of duty cycle, large power loss, poor stability and so on.A simple passive ZVZCS soft-switching full-bridge converter topology structures were studied in this article.The auxiliary circuit composed of passive components capacitors and diodes can realize zero voltage switching of the leading bridge arm switch and the zero current switching of the lagging arm.It can increase the effective duty cycle without any increase of the voltage and current stress.The energy feedback and absorption device reset were realized.%FB-ZVS-PWM变换器控制电路存在占空比丢失严重、通断损耗大,稳定性差等缺陷.文章对一种简单的无源零电压零电流软开关全桥变换器结构拓扑进行研究,用无源元件电容和二极管组成辅助电路实现超前桥臂开关器件的零电压开关与滞后臂的零电流开关,增加了有效占空比,没有增加任何电压电流应力,实现了能量回馈及吸收元件复位.
