基于支持向量机的变压器故障诊断

         

摘要

Power transformer is the hub of power grid.If the power transformer fault occurs, it will greatly affect the safe operation of the power system.The correct and effective diagnosis of transformer fault will play a decisive role in the power supply reliability and voltage quality of the power system.According to the theory of support vector machine, the fault diagnosis model of transformer based on support vector machine and the corresponding fault diagnosis rate were established by using MATLAB software.The simulation results show that the support vector machine has the characteristics of structural risk minimization principle, strong generalization ability and high fault diagnosis rate, and it had good engineering and practical value.%电力变压器是电网的枢纽.电力变压器若发生故障,将极大的影响电力系统的安全运行.正确、有效地诊断变压器故障对电力系统的供电可靠性和电压质量方面将起着决定性的作用.文章根据支持向量机的相关理论,利用Matlab软件建立了基于支持向量机的变压器故障诊断模型以及相应的故障诊断率.仿真结果表明:基于支持向量机具有结构风险最小化原则、泛化能力强、故障诊断率高等特点,具有较好的工程实用价值.
