基于Simulink的光伏电池建模与仿真

         

摘要

According to the physical characteristics and mathematical model of photovoltaic cells, the simulation model of photovoltaic cell output was built in Matlab simulation software.The model can be used to obtain the power characteristic curve of photovoltaic module output under different light intensity.The maximum power was tracked by using the perturbation method.According to the change of light intensity in one day, different parameters were set, and the simulation model is used to verify that the output power of the photovoltaic cell decreases with the decrease of the intensity of light.%根据光伏电池的物理特性及数学模型,在Matlab仿真软件中搭建光伏电池输出的仿真模型.搭建的模型可以得到在不同光照强度下光伏组件输出的功率特性曲线.采用扰动观测法来追踪最大功率,依据一天中光照强度的变化设置了不同的参数,用仿真模型来验证光伏电池输出功率随光照强度的减小而减小.
