供电企业欠费催缴精益管理的对策分析

             

摘要

随着社会化经济的不断发展,电力需求与日俱增,然而拖欠电费问题一直是电力营销管理中的痼疾,给供电企业造成了巨大的困扰.基于此种情况,文中就供电企业欠费催缴情况进行研究,从供电企业四个管理目标出发,分析欠费催缴管理中存在的问题及原因,结合精益管理理念改进催缴管理工作,探索了符合精益管理要求的新型催收管理策略,以实现多个管理目标的均衡.%With the continuous development of the socialized economy, the demand for electricity is increasing day by day. However, the problem of arrears of electricity has been a chronic disease in the management of electric power marketing, which has caused great trouble to the power supply enterprises. Based on this situation, this paper studied the arrears of power supply enterprises. From the four management objectives of the power supply enterprise, this paper analyzed the problems and causes in the management of arrears, and improved the management work by combining the lean management concept, and explored a new management strategy that meet the requirements of lean management so as to achieve the balance of multiple management goals.
