国内外管道人员疲劳风险管理标准差异分析

摘要

重点推介了美国国家标准ANSI／API755—2010《炼油和石油化工人员疲劳风险管理体系》，通过对比分析国内外标准关于油气管道作业人员疲劳风险管理规定的差异，提出了对ANSI／API755—2010的采标建议和在国内相应标准中增加员工作业轮班、轮休及健康培训等内容的建议，对完善我国油气管道相关领域作业员工疲劳风险管理具有重要的参考意义。%An introduction and recommendation focus on American national standard ANSI/API 755-2010 The System of Fatigue Risk Management for Oil Refining and Petrochemical Staffs. Through the contrastive analysis of the differences between the domestic and international standards about fatigue risk management regulation of oil and gas pipeline operational workers, it is suggested to adopt the standard ANSI/API 755-2010 and increase the contents of shift, holidays by turns and health training in domestic corre- sponding standards. This has some important reference value for fatigue risk management of operational staffs in our oil-gas pipeline industry
