我国互联网政治监督功能受限的原因及对策分析二

摘要

随着互联网的日益普及，政治监督与互联网这个新的载体相结合，形成当代中国政治新型的监督形式-互联网政治监督。互联网政治监督是当代中国政治民主化的一大标志，它既是我国政治民主化发展的产物，又是政治民主化延伸的重要内容。着重分析限制互联网政治监督功能发挥的原因，并通过对法律法规、监督客体、监督主体及监督载体四方面的探讨，提出规范互联网政治监督的对策。%Along with the rising popularity of Internet ,political supervision has been combined with this new carrier so that comes into being a new form of supervision which is called Internet political supervision in today ’s China.It is a symbol of today’s Chinese political democratization ,also the product of its development and the important content of its extension . This paper analyzes the reason of Internet political supervision ’s functional limitations,making a basic description of laws and regulations ,the object of supervision ,the subject of supervision and the monitoring carrier .It will propose some counter-measures to standardize the Internet political supervision .
