Premier Li Keqiang proposed the“Internet +”plan in the government work report in 2015 for the first time.“Mobile Publishing”is the production of Internet,mobile phone production and publications. It is the primary means for improving the innovation capacity of publishing industry,and enhancing the efficiency of development.
