生物传感器测定农药类污染物2,4-D的检测方法研究

摘要

平面波导型荧光免疫传感器(PWFI)是一种基于全内反射荧光和免疫分析原理的具有高灵敏度的生物传感器。本研究基于PWFI传感器，利用间接免疫反应原理，实现了对农药类小分子污染物2,4-D的检测，建立了运用PWFI传感器测定农药类小分子污染物的检测方法。为水环境保护和突发性污染事故应急监测等提供快速、简便、有效的技术支持。%The Planar Waveguide Florescence Immuno-sensor (PWFI) is a kind of high sensitive bio-sensor which based on the principles of Total Internal Relfection Fluorescence and Immunoassay. This paper introduces to establish a detection method of small molecules pesticide pollutant-2,4-D by using PWFI bio-sensor. This method can be used to the rapid detection and early warning of pesticide pollutions as a support to the protection of water environment.
