某钢筋混凝土连续梁桥由于弃土土压力的作用,墩顶发生了84 cm偏位,墩身产生众多环向裂缝,严重影响桥梁安全.根据现场调查情况,制定桥墩纠偏和加固方案,先顶升偏位桥墩上的主梁,使梁与支座分离,然后在桥墩顶部施加水平推力将墩柱复位,更换支座,最后对桥墩进行外包混凝土加固.%Under the spoil pressure on some reinforced concrete continuous beam bridge, 84cm deflection occurred on pier top and multiple ring cracks occurred on pier body, leading to serious influence on bridge safety. In accordance with field investigation, this paper establishes a pier deflection correcting and reinforcing plan, specifically as follows; first jack the girder at the pier where deflection occurred to separate it from support, and then apply horizontal thrust on the top of pier to recover the pier and replace support, and finally reinforce the pier with encased concrete.
