基于整体孔道的预应力孔道压浆质量检测评价方法研究

摘要

分析影响预应力孔道压浆质量的原因，介绍压浆质量检测技术，并结合压浆密实度检测技术的实际应用情况，总结分析直接测量与无损检测技术的特点和存在的问题。另外，对孔道压浆质量评价体系进行介绍，并结合断面密实度指标与沿孔道纵向密实度指标，建立整体孔道的密实度分析评价模型，为孔道压浆密实度检测定量分析评价提供参考。%This paper analyzes the reasons affecting press pouring quality of prestressed ducts,introduces detection techniques for press pouring quality,and summarizes and analyzes the features and problems of direct measurement and non -destructive detection techniques in combination with practical application of detection techniques for grouting compactness.In addition,the paper introduces the duct press pouring quality evaluation system,and establishes the analysis and evaluation model for compactness of integral duct in combination with sectional compactness indices and longitudinal compactness indices along ducts to provide a reference for quantitative analysis and evaluation of dust press pouring compactness detection.
