湖沥青改性沥青在南方湿热地区的应用技术评价

     

摘要

为了能将湖沥青改性沥青更好地应用于南方湿热环境中,采用常规3大指标试验及动态剪切流变试验(DSR)进行研究.研究结果表明:灰分的沉淀导致针入度、延度、软化点指标用于评价湖沥青改性效果时误差较大;采用改进后的DSR、BBR试验方法所测得的高温车辙因子及蠕变劲度对湖沥青添加量的变化较为敏感,可用于湖沥青改性沥青的评价.研究成果对湖沥青改性沥青PG分级体系应用于我国南方地区及其地方规范的编制具有一定指导意义.%In order to make the TLA modified asphalt better applied to the southern China hot and humid environment,this paper used and studied three conventional major indicators test and dynamic shear rheological test (DSR).Results show: The sedimentation of ash cause bigger tolerance when using degree of penetration,the degree of ductility and the softening point indices to evaluate the modification effect of TLA.High temperature rutting factor and creep stiffness measured by modified DSR and BBR test methods were sensitive to variation of TLA additions,and they can be used to evaluate the TLA modified asphalt.The research results have a certain guiding significance for the application of the TLA modified asphalt PG grading system in the compilation of norms for southern China and other regions.
