氨逃逸在线检测技术在火电厂SCR脱硝的应用

         

摘要

选择性催化还原(SCR)烟气脱硝技术在目前世界上先进的火电厂烟气脱硝主流技术之一。为控制脱硝过程中氨的使用及保护设备,必需监测SCR出口的氨逃逸量。本文通过对氨逃逸在线连续检测技术原理的分析,以某电厂脱硝装置为例,探讨了利用可调谐二极管激光光谱吸收法检测氨逃逸量的在线检测仪表在火电厂SCR脱销的应用。结果表明,采用该测量方法能够准确可靠的检测氨逃逸量,为电厂的安全和高效运行提供保障。%Flue gas denitrification technology based on Selective catalytic reduction (SCR) is currently one of the mainstream technologies in the world. In order to protect equipment and control the using of ammonia, we need to monitor the ammonia escape in the SCR outlet. This paper discusses the principles of the continuous detection of ammonia escape. Using a SCR unit as an example, we discuss the application of ammonia escape online detection instrument based on tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLS) method in thermal power plants. The results show that we can derive accurate and reliable ammonia escape detection by using TDLS, and then provide protection and efficiency for the plant .
