乌鲁木齐市常规公交乘客满意度评价模型

     

摘要

由于市民出行主要还是依赖公交车,因此,公交系统是否完善不仅与乘客息息相关,而且直接影响城市的发展。采用模糊综合评价法对乌鲁木齐市沙依巴克区、天山区、新市区、头屯河区(含八钢居民聚居区)、水磨沟区、米东区(含原米泉市区)的公交乘客满意度进行综合评价,在问卷调查的基础上分析数据,结果显示,候车时间长度、换乘便捷度、服务态度、候车环境、车内卫生环境等对评价结果都有着不同程度的影响。通过乘客满意度评价体系的建立,在进一步提高服务水平的基础上,对城市公共交通运送能力的充分运用起到良好的导向作用。%Due to the dependence on the bus to the general public to strengthen ,so bus system is not perfect is closely related to the passengers ,but also directly affects the development of the city .This research adopts the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of urumqi in the buck area;Tianshan area;Urban area;Toutunhe (including eight steel);ShuiMoGou area;Meters east (including the original m fountain in dow ntow n) bus passenger satisfaction to carry on the comprehensive evaluation , on the basis of the questionnaire analysis data ,the length of waiting time ,transfer convenience ,service attitude ,waiting environment ,health environment inside the car are the result of the evaluation of the influence of different level .Through the passenger satisfaction evaluation system ,on the basis of further improve the level of service ,also fully use of the urban public traffic carrying capacity has played a good guiding role .
