降雪天气对快速路交通特征的影响及对策

摘要

The snow in winter impacts the road traffic and greatly increase the probability of traffic accident .This paper analyzes the traffic problems of fast road in snow weather .First ,this paper analysis the traffic characteristics of fast road ,including characteristics of reach law ,characteristics of speed and characteristics of capacity .T hen ,this paper quantitative analysis the speed ,the saturation flow rate and intersection running time to get the real traffic characteristics of fast road .Finally ,in order to solve the traffic problems in snow weather ,this paper proposes measures from the perspective of government and drivers .%冬季下雪的城市路面积雪影响道路交通，降雪天气会极大增加驾驶员发生交通事故的概率。从降雪天气条件下快速路的交通问题着手，首先分析快速路的交通特征，主要包括到达规律特征、速度特征和通行能力特征。其次，针对这三个特征，从车速、饱和流率和交叉口运行时间三个角度，定量对快速路的交通特征进行分析。最后，研究从管理者和驾驶员两个角度出发，提出在降雪天气条件下快速路的交通问题解决措施。
