南京溧水老城区交通拥堵分析与改善策略

摘要

In order to improve the increasingly congested traffic situation in old city zone of Lishui , the article firstly analyze the current traffic problems ,then it summarize some important factors affecting the traffic . T he corresponding improvement strategies , including land use , road , transit , parking and management ,are proposed .T he strategies are tested by prediction model .%为应对南京溧水老城区日益拥堵的交通现状，在充分调研溧水老城区交通现状资料基础上，划定交通拥堵重点区域，分析交通拥堵原因，疏理造成交通拥堵的主要因素。结合主要影响因素，有针对性地提出改善策略：协调交通与用地，完善路网布局和道路结构，优化静态交通，重视公共交通，加强交通管理。最后，通过TRANSCAD软件构建交通模型，结果表明：交通量分布趋向合理，道路饱和度明显下降。证明改善策略的有效性。
