集体林权制度改革后造林农户的社会政治资本分析——基于福建的调查

摘要

从社会政治资本的视角对集体林权制度改革后造林农户的特征进行分析,发现造林农户基本为村庄的经济精英,拥有较高的政治地位、多元化的职业经历以及丰富的社会关系.最后,提出深化集体林权制度改革应注重配套政策的针对性、加快发展林业合作组织以及增强农户社会政治资本有效性的政策建议.%This paper analyzes the characteristics of afforestating farmers after the reform of collective forest right system from the perspective of social and political capital. And the result shows that afforestating farmers are most economic elites in village,which have higher political status, diversified professional experiences and rich social relations. And then it puts forward some policy recommendations, namely taking seriously the target of supporting policies, and accelerating the development of cooperation in forestry organizations, and enhancing the effectiveness of political capital of farmers in the process of deepening the reform of collective forest right system.
