领先顾客知识管理对产品不连续创新绩效的影响

         

摘要

基于技术采用生命周期的视角,构建了领先顾客知识管理对企业产品不连续创新绩效影响模型,研究了战略柔性在两者间影响关系中的中介作用。利用问卷调查数据实证检验了领先顾客知识管理、产品不连续创新以及战略柔性三者之间的关系。得出如下结论:领先顾客知识管理对产品不连续创新绩效存在正向影响;战略柔性在领先顾客知识管理对产品不连续创新绩效影响中起中介作用。%From the perspective of technological life-cycle,this paper constructs the model on the impact of leading customer knowledge man- agement on the performance of discontinuous production innovation, and studies the intermediary effect of strategic flexibility in these im- pact. Using the data from the questionnaire, it empirically examines the relationship among leading customer knowledge management, the per- formance of discontinuous production innovation and strategic flexibility. The conclusions are as follows: leading customer knowledge manage- ment has positive influences on the performance of discontinuous production innovation;strategic flexibility plays an intermediary effect in the re- lationship between leading customer knowledge management and the performance of discontinuous production innovation.
