IT服务外包项目的综合评价及其应用——基于AHP的改进灰色聚类模型

摘要

According to the actual demand in decision of IT service outsourcing project and the complexity and grey characteristics of the evaluation of service outsourcing project,this paper introduces AHP into grey clustering evaluation model and improves it which is used to obtain the evaluation grade and sorting of IT services outsourcing project.Then it constructs an index evaluation system of IT service outsourcing project.The application example shows that this improved grey clustering model is practical,concise and feasible,which contributes to correct the selection of service outsourcing project.%针对IT服务外包决策的实际需要和服务外包项目评价的复杂性和灰特性,将AHP方法引入灰色聚类评价模型,并对模型进行改进,以实现对IT服务外包项目的评价等级区分和排序.应用实例构建了IT服务外包项目评价指标体系.结果表明,基于AHP的改进灰色聚类评价模型具有简单实用、科学准确、可操作性强等特点,有助于IT服务外包企业正确选择服务外包项目.
