江苏省高科技项目产业化发展能力集成评价

摘要

This paper builds up the evaluation index system of industrialization development capability of high-tech project.And it combines analytic network hierarchy with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the industrialization development capabilities of high-tech projects in bio-pharmaceutical industry,IOT industry and new materials industry in Jiangsu province.Finally,it puts forward some recommendations,such as strengthening support for science and technology finance,enhancing scientific and technological innovation capability,implementing talent strategies and so on.%构建了高科技项目产业化发展能力评价指标体系,将网络层次分析法与模糊综合评价法相结合,评价了江苏省生物医药产业、物联网产业和新材料产业的高科技项目产业化发展能力.最后,提出加强科技金融扶持力度、提升科技创新能力和实施人才战略等政策建议.
