Taking Xintang feather and down industrial cluster as the case study object ,this paper studies the entrepreneurial transmission rela‐tionship between 12 typical mentor‐protégé enterprises based on the interview to 24 enterprises in this industrial cluster.Three findings are sum‐marized as follows :firstly ,industrial cluster entrepreneurship is the entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial transmission which occur in the context of industrial cluster ,and take on the process of “mentor enterprise‐protégé enterprise(the later mentor enterprise)‐protégé enterprise” and transmit chronologically ;secondly ,entrepreneurial transmission incorporates entrepreneurial spillover ,entrepreneurial perception ,and entrepre‐neurial follow up ,and the entrepreneurial spillover from mentor enterprise influences protégé enterprise′s and industrial cluster′s entrepreneur‐ship both positively and negatively ;thirdly ,there is two transmission paths in mentor‐protégé enterprise entrepreneurship ,namely linear trans‐mission(vertical entrepreneurship and imitative entrepreneurship) and wave‐like entrepreneurship ,and most of paths are in the form of linear imitative entrepreneurship which lacks knowledge updating .%以新塘羽绒产业集群为案例研究对象，在对该集群的24家企业进行深度访谈的基础上，刻画了12家典型师徒制企业的创业传导关系。研究结论如下：集群创业就是在集群情境下发生的一种创业和创业传导现象，通常表现为“师傅—徒弟（师傅）—徒弟”的递进过程并呈时间分布特征；创业传导过程由创业溢出、创业感知和创业跟随组成，师傅企业的创业溢出对徒弟企业乃至集群创业具有正反两方面的巨大影响；集群内师徒制企业的典型创业传导路径有两种———线性传导（“连带创业”和“模仿创业”）和波浪式传导，且以线性传导的模仿创业为主，其知识更新较少。
