梳理了国外研究文献中组织冗余的概念、分类和测量,并通过整合现有文献中提及的冗余资源划分方法提炼出组织冗余二维分类矩阵,即以冗余资源的管理自主权(高、低)和冗余资源的生成途径(内部、外部)为维度.进一步分析了组织冗余对企业经营活动的作用机制以及对绩效影响的差异,并初步应用所提出的组织冗余二维分类矩阵解读了实证研究中不同类型的冗余资源对企业绩效作用的不一致性.最后对后续的研究方向进行了展望.%This paper reviews the concept ,classification and measurement of organizational slack in foreign research literatures .It further syn-thesizes and proposes a two-dimensional classification matrix in which managerial discretion(high vs low)and raised source(internal vs external) of slack resources are dimensions .Then it analyzes the effect mechanism of organizational slack on business operation and performance .And it u-ses the above two-dimensional classification framework to interpret the inconsistent empirical research results on the effects of different types of slack resources on performance .Finally ,it discusses the future research directions .
