组织间关系网络属性对二元式创新的影响——考虑探索式学习的中介作用

         

摘要

利用对327家高技术制造企业开展深度访谈和问卷调查的数据,采用结构方程模型,对组织间关系网络属性对二元式创新的影响进行了实证研究,并考虑了探索式学习的中介作用.结果表明:组织间关系网络的中心度和网络规模对突破式创新和渐进式创新均存在显著影响,但是网络联结强度对渐进式创新的影响显著,而对突破式创新的影响不显著;探索式学习仅在网络中心度与渐进式创新、网络规模与突破式创新之间发挥显著的中介作用.%Based on the data of 327 high-tech manufacturing companies from in-depth interview and the questionnaire survey,this paper uses the structural equation model(SEM) method to conduct an empirical study of the impact of inter-organizational relationship network properties on ambidextrous innovation capability and the mediating effect of exploratory learning.The results show as follows:network center degree and net-work scale of inter-organizational relationship network have significant impacts on both incremental innovation and breakthrough innovation,while the network tie strength has a significant impact on incremental innovation and has no significant impact on breakthrough innovation;ex-ploratory learning has a significant mediating role only in the relationships between network center degree and gradual innovation,and network scale and breakthrough innovation.
