北星双峰聚乙烯工艺反应器中颗粒动力学的研究

             

摘要

以北星双峰聚乙烯工艺为例,从聚乙烯颗粒的演变出发,建立了基于反应动力学的聚乙烯颗粒动力学模型,通过催化剂的粒径分布和筛分得到各反应器内的聚乙烯产品颗粒粒径分布,获得催化剂动力学与反应器内物料停留时间分布的信息,确立催化剂活性和反应器内物料停留时间分布的定量关系。计算表明,3个反应器内聚乙烯颗粒均没有达到完全返混,且催化剂活性在3个反应器内依次降低。%Taking Borstar reaction dynamics- reactor was gained bimodal polyethylene (PE) process as example, from based PE particles dynamics model was built. The PE through the alteration of PE particles, the particle size distribution in each catalyst particle size distribution and screen separation, which revealed the quantitative relation between catalyst activity and its residence time distribution in reactor. Calculation result showed that the PE particles in all the three reactors didnt reach complete back mixing, and catalyst activity in the three reactors decreased in succession.
