缠绕管式换热器在连续重整装置中的应用

摘要

介绍了中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司1000 kt／a 3＃连续重整装置在缠绕管式换热器的应用情况，并对装置的经济效益进行分析。应用结果表明：在采用新型换热器后，装置的3.5 MPa 蒸汽和燃料气消耗量减少，同时产品结构得到优化，提高了主产品氢气和重整汽油的产率以及重整汽油的辛烷值；能耗降低，产品质量提高，增加了企业的经济效益。%As the 1 000 kt/a 3 #continuous reforming unit of Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.replaced the heat exchanger with the winding tubular heat exchanger,the influences on the economic benefits of the unit were analyzed.Application result showed that after adopting the new type heat exchanger,the consumption of 3.5 MPa steam and fuel gas was decreased and the product structure was optimized,the yield of main product hydrogen and productivity of reformed gasoline and the octane number of reformed gasoline were improved. Both reduction of energy consumption and improvement of product quality have increased the economic benefits of enterprises.
