氨基酸表面活性剂的合成研究进展

摘要

The synthesis research status of amino acid-based surfactants was summarized. The classification and its structures were introduced. The synthetic methods included the chemical synthesis, enzymatic synthesis, chemo-enzymatic synthesis, were emphatically introduced. Finally, the synthesis development trends of the amino acid-based surfactants were viewed in order to provide reference for its further development and application.%综述了目前氨基酸表面活性剂的合成研究动态,介绍了其分类及结构,着重介绍了各类氨基酸表面活性剂的合成方法,包括化学合成法、酶合成法、化学-酶合成法,并比较了其优缺点,同时对其合成方法做了展望,以期为其进一步的开发和应用提供参考.
