以碘甲烷、丙二胺、1,4-丁烷磺内酯和溴代十四烷反应合成的N,N’-丁磺基-N,N’-十四烷基-N,N’-甲基丙二胺与十二烷基磺酸钠、OP-10复配制得新型驱油剂YCS-204。通过正交实验法优化得到YSC-204的最佳质量配比。通过室内实验,对YCS-204注入时机、质量分数以及注入体积倍数与原油采收率提高幅值之间的关系进行研究。结果表明,YCS-204新型驱油剂能够较大幅度提高原油采收率,随着YCS-204新型驱油剂质量分数和注入体积倍数的增加,采收率提高值增加,且YCS-204新型驱油剂注入时间越早,采收率增加值越高。%To the question of the Shanbei oil by water-flooding, the nonstationary experiment using the surfactant made of coal as a displacing agent, natural core, crude oil and formation water of Tuyuke oilfield was conducted and the effects of injection time, mass fraction and injection volume on oil recovery with water-flooding development were studied. The experimental results showed that the displacing agent YCS-204 could greatly enhance oil recovery. As the increase of the injection volume and the mass fraction of the displacing agent YCS-204, the increment of oil recovery was increased. And the earlier injecting, the more effectiveness acquired.
