先进控制技术在常减压装置上的开发与应用

         

摘要

基于模型的多变量控制技术能够很好解决常减压装置中原料性质变化及相关参数耦合严重的问题,该先进控制系统选用Shell的SMOCpro和RQEpro软件包设计开发了五个子控制器,包括初馏塔、常压炉、减压炉、常压塔、减压塔等关键装置及流程.因为多变量控制器设计中考虑了很多变量的关联性,同时利用预测控制及软测量技术预测出约束到达的时间来提前调节相关参数,可以预先克服变量的扰动,并通过提高平稳率及卡边操作从而获得最大的经济效益.%Model based multivariable control technology is an excellent solution for some control problems of chemical processes,such as the changeable feed property and serious coupling parameters in atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit (CDU&VDU). Five sub-controllers which include primary distillation column, atmospheric and vacuum distillation columns,atmospheric and vacuum furnaces has been designed and developed in this APC system by using SMOCpro and RQEpro package of shell. This design of multivariable controller covered most correlativity among variables. Disturbances can be overcome in advance by tuning some correlation parameters based on predictive control and soft sensor technologies.Moreover, maximum benefit can be gotten with improving operation steady rate and implementing boundary control.
