基于PLC的复合剥离机张力控制系统研究

摘要

The stability tension of laminating production system is one of the key techniques to ensure the product quality. A tension control system developed by using S7-300 PLC of SIEMENS Co is studied. The real production result shows that the system can run steadily and control precision can satisfy the demand of user.%复合剥离生产过程中的张力稳定是保证产品质量的关键.通过对复合剥离生产过程的张力分析,研究了一种基于SIEMENS 7-300PLC的张力控制系统,实现对生产线的恒张力控制.实际生产情况表明,该系统运行稳定,控制精度满足生产工艺要求.
