潜器全方位推进器主轴转速控制系统设计与实现

         

摘要

Sea submarine is a special pusher by cyclical changes in blade pitch angle,producing axial thrust and propeller shaft parallel can produce thrust at the same time during the rotation of the blades.The main task of this project is based on a certain type of full-pusher for the object,variable speed drives with AC frequency convertor,for the features of variable vector propeller transmission mechanism and hydrodynamic parameters characteristic to design a principal axis controller.The controller can control the speed of principle axis accurately under the conditions of indefinite transmission mechanism and water power load causes pusher to produce expected thrust.This topic uses dot pattern MS25664A MC9S08DZ60 microcontroller and LCD module to design a principal axis speed control system.The result shows that through the microcontroller and the PC can accurately control the full range of principal axis speed control system,and the principal axis speed control system can be displayed in real time on the LCD screen.%全方位推进器是一种根据桨叶的旋转,使得螺距角发生周期性变化,产生与桨轴平行的轴向推力,同时也能产生侧向推力的特种推进器.本文的主要任务是以某型全方位推进器为对象,调速传动采用交流调速中的变频调速,针对全方位推进器传动机构和水动力参数特性复杂的特点,设计一套主轴转速控制器,该控制器可以在传动机构负载和水动力负载不定的情况下准确控制主轴的转速,使推进器产生期望的推力.本课题主要是利用MC9S08DZ60单片机和MS25664A点阵图形液晶显示模块设计一个主轴转速控制器.试验结果表明,通过单片机和上位机可以准确控制全方位推进器的主轴转速,并且主轴转速可以实时地显示在液晶屏上.
