基于PLC的污水处理自动控制系统研制

摘要

In order to satisfy technics parameter and control request of sewage treatment station,industrial PC as supervisory computer,programmable logistic controller,PID control instrument are chosen as control computer.These devices have made up of IPC+PLC+ intelligent instrument DCS system.The DCS system which adopt double equipment redundancy technology of dissolved oxygen control loop not only accomplish measurement of technics parameter and excellent contol of industrial process,but also improve reliability and stability of sewage treatment control system.%针对污水处理站的工艺和控制要求,系统采用工控机(IPC)配套组态软件作为上位主控设备,可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)、可编程序PID调节仪等组成下位设备,构成IPC+PLC+智能仪表的中型DCS集散控制系统.针对该系统中溶氧控制回路采用双控制器冗余技术,在满足污水处理溶氧浓度参数检测与全过程优化控制的同时,很大程度上提高了污水处理监控系统的可靠性和稳定性.
