双波长激光测粒仪及其反演算法总体设计

         

摘要

介绍了基于Mie理论的光散射法,阐述了激光测粒仪的检测原理.提出了用双波长激光测粒仪检测铁粉矿浆粒度的新方法,搭建了双波长激光测粒仪的实验平台.克服了传统单一波长所带来的测量范围窄,不能实时在线,以及计算量大的问题.并以STM32F103单片机为核心,阐述其总体设计.最后应用函数限制解法对颗粒分布进行反演计算,用matlab进行实验仿真,验证了方法的可行性.%The light scattering method based on Mie theory is presented in this paper,the detection principle of laser particle size analyzer is described.This paper puts forward a new method of laser particle sizer to detect iron ore granularity with dual wavelength,the experimental platform of dual wavelength laser particle size analyzer is set up.Overcomes the narrow range of measurement of the single wavelength,can not be real-time online,as well as the problem of large amount of computation.The STM32F103 microcontroller is as the core,and expounds the overall design.Finally,the inversion of particle size distribution is carried out by using the function limit method,experiment simulation with MATLAB,the feasibility of the method is verified.
