文章运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、访谈法等研究方法，对浙江省舟山市各区县基层民警参与警体活动的现状进行调查研究。研究结果表明：多数基层民警对体育锻炼的态度积极，但实际参与体育锻炼行为不足，限制其参与体育锻炼的主要因素是时间、场地、设备等因素，绝大多数基层民警对警察体育的概念并不十分了解，对警察体育的作用认识不足。文章针对具体问题，提出了加强新入警人员的警体教育和训练，把警察体育列为基层民警的必修训练科目，进一步加强公安类专业的警察体育教育等建议。%The article, with the methods of literature, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, interviews and other research methods, does the investigation of grassroots police participating in police sports activities in all districts and counties of Zhoushan city, Zhejiang province. The research results show that many police staff have active attitude towards physical exercises, but the actual participation in physical exercise behaviors of grass-root police are insufficient, and the main factors that limit their participation of physical exercises include the time, place, equipment and other factors; the vast majority of grassroots police don't have quite clear concept of sports, lack of understanding of the role of police physical sports. Aiming at specific problems, the study puts forward suggestions: strengthening new police personnel sport education and training, the police sports as grassroots police compulsory training courses, to further strengthen public security students’ sport education.
