国内外纤维级聚苯硫醚树脂的流变性能对比

         

摘要

The rheological parameters of different national fiber grade polyphenylene sulfide ( PPS ) resins, respectively coming from Sichuan Deyang Chemical Co ., Ltd, China, Polyplastics Co., Ltd., Japan, and Ticona Fortron Company , USA, were tested by the capillary rheometer .The relationship between the apparent viscosity and shear rate, temperature, non-Newtonian index change, the viscous flow activation energy and the structural viscosity index of three PPS resin samples were comparatively studied and analyzed.The results show that Japan’s overall rheological properties of raw materials PPS are optimal . When the shear rate in the range of 144~1 152 s-1 , domestic PPS’ rheological properties superior to Ticona’s and when the shear rate in the range of 2 304 ~9 216 s -1 , Ticona PPS ’ comprehensive rheological properties superior to domestic raw materials .Besides, Ticona PPS’ weight-average molecular weight is maximum with molecular weight distribution being uneven , while the distribution of Japan PPS best .Because of the fact the three kinds of samples tested have different sensitivity to temperature under different shear rate , it is necessary to adjust the spinning process parameters according to the different rheological properties .%利用毛细管流变仪分别测定来自四川德阳、日本宝理株式会社和美国Ticona公司的纤维级聚苯硫醚( PPS)切片原料的流变参数。对比三者的表观黏度与切变速率和温度的关系,非牛顿指数的变化,黏流活化能和结构黏度指数。结果表明:日本PPS的整体流变性能最优;当切变速率为144~1152 s-1时,国产PPS的综合流变性能优于美国PPS;当切变速率为2304~9216 s-1时,美国PPS的综合流变性能优于国产PPS。美国PPS的重均分子量最大,但分子量分布不均,日本PPS的分子量分布最好。三者对温度的敏感性在不同切变速率下表现不同,在纤维制备过程中需要针对不同PPS的流变性能调整不同的纺丝工艺参数。
