一种自粘性预浸料用高温固化环氧树脂研究

         

摘要

The rheological property,gelation time and DSC of self-adhesive resin was analyzed by the viscosity-temperature curves,glue solidified time-temperature curves and DSC of high temperature curing epoxy resin,and the resin curing process is determined.The glass cloth prepreg,laminate and sandwich laminate are prepared by the hot melt adhesive film,compression molding and vacuum bag samples,respectively.The physical properties and mechanical properties of the presoak material and composite material are tested,the results show that the physical properties of the resin presoak material and the physical,mechanical propertiesof composite laminates meet the requirements,and the roller peel strength of sandwich structure is higher,which meet the requirements of application metrics.The honeycomb core material can be directly bonded by presoak material in the preparation of sandwich structure.The influence of thepresoak material resin content on the drum peel strength of sandwich plate has been explored,and the results shown that drum peel strength rises with the increase of the resin contentin the glass cloth material.%对自粘性预浸料用高温固化环氧树脂的流变性、凝胶时间、差示扫描量热法(DSC)等进行分析,确定了树脂的固化工艺.采用热熔胶膜法制备玻璃布预浸料;用模压法制备层合板,采用真空袋法制备夹层板;对预浸料和复合材料进行物理性能和力学性能进行测试.结果表明,预浸料物理性能、复合材料层压板物理和力学性能满足要求,夹层板的粘接强度高,满足应用指标要求,制备夹层结构时预浸料可以直接粘接蜂窝芯材.同时探讨了预浸料树脂质量分数对夹层板滚筒剥离强度的影响.结果表明,随着玻璃布预浸料树脂质量分数的提高滚筒剥离强度呈上升趋势.
