龙岩市烟草产业发展的SWOT分析

摘要

运用SWOT法分析龙岩市烟草产业发展的优势、劣势、机遇及挑战，认为龙岩烟草产业发展具有地理环境和烟叶特色优势，但存在科技创新能力不足、企业运作效率低下、品牌竞争力等劣势，同时指出其面对的挑战，最后提出促进龙岩烟草产业发展的对策建议。%The strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of tobacco industry in Longyan were analyzed by u- sing SWOT method. The results showed that the strengths for tobacco industry development in Longyan included advantageous geographic environment and characteristic tobacco plant, the weaknesses included insufficient techno- logical innovation ability, low enterprise operation efficiency, weak brand competitiveness. Meanwhile, this paper pointed out the opportunities that tobacco industry in Longyan faced, and put forward the countermeasures to pro- mote the development of tobacco industry in Longyan.
