建瓯市集体林权改革的经济效应分析

摘要

In this paper, the status of forest resources management and the effects of collective forest right reform in three towns, viz, Fangdao, Xudun and Jiyang town of Jian＇ou County in Fujian province, were investigated with the stratified random sampling method and typical survey. Furthermore, the effects of the reform of collective forest right system on regional economy, rural economy and forestry farmers＇ incoming were summarized as well.%采用分层随机抽样与典型调查相结合的方法，对福建省建瓯市房道、徐墩、吉阳3个乡镇的森林资源经营现状和集体林权改革的成效进行调研，总结分析了集体林权改革对地区经济、农村经济和农民收入的影响。
